These terms govern your use of the HouseTourEasy mobile app ("the app," "the service"). By using the app, you agree to them.
The service
HouseTourEasy lets you capture phone photos of a property, link them together with tappable hotspots, and optionally publish the result as a tour anyone with the link can view in a web browser. The app is under active development and features may change.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and property details you add to the app ("your content"). By using the app, you grant us the license needed to store, process, and display your content back to you, and — only once you choose to publish a tour — to make that specific tour's content available to anyone with its public link.
You're responsible for having the right to photograph the property and share the resulting content, and for making sure your content doesn't violate anyone else's rights or the law. Don't use the app to capture or publish content you don't have the right to share.
Publishing and public links
Publishing a tour makes it viewable, without sign-in, by anyone who has the link. You can unpublish a tour at any time from Project Settings, which immediately stops it from being publicly viewable.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to capture, store, or publish content that's illegal, infringing, or abusive, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Service "as is"
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times — this is especially true while it's in active development.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HouseTourEasy and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time, and can request deletion of your account by emailing hello@housetoureasy.com. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
