I can't sign in — what should I check?
HouseTourEasy uses Google Sign-In. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that you're signing in with the Google account you intend to use — the app doesn't currently support switching accounts without signing out first.
My photos aren't uploading when I publish
Publishing uploads every photo in the tour, which needs a stable connection. If it's interrupted, reopen the tour and publish again — already-uploaded photos are skipped, so it picks up where it left off rather than starting over.
My published tour link isn't loading
Double-check the tour is still published (Project Settings shows its status) — unpublishing a tour immediately stops the link from working. If it shows as published and still isn't loading, contact us at the email above.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email hello@housetoureasy.com from the address associated with your account and ask for it to be deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details on what's stored.
