Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information HouseTourEasy ("we," "us") collects when you use the HouseTourEasy mobile app, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account, via Firebase Authentication. We don't receive your Google password.
When you use the app to build a tour, we store the content you create: photos you capture, hotspot placements linking them together, and any property details you enter (title, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, property type, notes).
We don't use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we don't collect location data, contacts, or any device data beyond what's needed to operate the app (e.g. camera access to take photos, which you grant directly).
How we use information
- To authenticate you and associate your tours with your account
- To store and display your tours within the app
- To generate and serve the public link when you choose to publish a tour
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Published tours are public
Publishing a tour generates a link that anyone who has it can open and view — the photos, hotspots, and property details on that tour become visible to anyone with the link, without needing to sign in. You can unpublish a tour at any time from Project Settings, which immediately revokes public access to it.
Where information is stored
Your account data, tour content, and photos are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Firebase Authentication), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data in transit is encrypted via standard HTTPS/TLS.
Your choices
- You can delete an individual tour (and its photos) at any time from within the app.
- You can unpublish a tour at any time, which stops it from being publicly viewable.
- To request deletion of your entire account and all associated data, email us at hello@housetoureasy.com from the email address associated with your account. We'll process the request within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
HouseTourEasy is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
